I led the research and value proposition design, using tools like Figma, Typeform, and Excel to translate user insights into a real, usable solution.

ElderTend is a holistic health tech solution for elderly individuals, caregivers, and families, aimed at reducing uncertainty and improving quality of life. Built as part of a digital product design course, the platform includes features like vitals monitoring, emergency alerts, and caregiver dashboards—all wearable-integrated. I drove the market sizing, competitor research, and go-to-market strategy while co-developing the storytelling and pitch materials for launch.
Reimagining factory efficiency through smart robotics and PM frameworks
📌 Role: Project Planning, Budgeting, Risk & Execution
This project tackled the automation of a conceptual automotive factory by applying real-world project management tools. Our team scoped robotic systems for welding, painting, windshield assembly, and tire installations, all integrated into existing factory infrastructure. Over 556 days, we mapped timelines, created a WBS, managed risk registers, and scoped a $26M budget—all while simulating stakeholder alignment and reporting for a large-scale engineering rollout.
